Robin Tatam (CISM CPFA CTSP CTMA PCI-P) is a Senior Technical Marketer and Evangelist at Puppet by Perforce, where he promotes the benefits of managing compliance using Puppet. Prior to his role with Puppet, Robin worked as a Security Evangelist, and was a globally recognized SME and five-time IBM Champion. Robin also loves travel and cultural exploration, is an accomplished photographer, and considers himself an amateur mixologist.

As a Senior Associate in the Linklaters financial regulation team, Simon Treacy helps clients anticipate regulatory trends and developments in financial services. He writes regular and ad hoc briefings and thought leadership for clients, as well as producing innovative knowhow for Linklaters lawyers. He provides interactive training on financial services regulation, including horizon scanning sessions.

He specialises in the interaction between technology and financial services regulation. This has recently involved advising on DORA and the UK’s operational resilience regime, as well as AI in financial services and plans for open finance. He also advises on other aspects of fintech and payments regulation, as well as the UK’s post-Brexit regulatory framework. Rayna Stamboliyska is the founder and CEO of RS Strategy, the advisory that nurtures entrepreneurs and SMEs with actionable expertise to help them navigate uncertainty. Rayna is an executive focusing on EU digital diplomacy and resilience through cybersecurity, hybrid threats, strategic autonomy, and data protection. She is also a Digital EU Ambassador for the European Commission and an Associate Lecturer at Sciences Po Paris. She is an Independent expert and rapporteur to ENISA’s Ad Hoc WG on Emerging and Future Threats and an External Expert to the INTERPOL Innovation Centre. Rayna co-chairs the “Governance and Geopolitics of Technology” research committee within the Renaissance Numérique think tank.

An award-winning author for her most recent book La face cachée d’Internet (“The hidden face of the Internet”, Larousse-Hachette), she has extensively explored the impact of data and technology in conflict and post-conflict zones in the MENA region, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Multilingual, she has consulted for international organisations (World Bank, OECD, UNDP, Unesco, among others), private companies, governments and non-profits. Energetic and passionate, Rayna has grown to become a recognised information security speaker committed to educating those outside the industry on security threats and best practices.

Tyler Pathe is a financial reporter, moderator and investigator with a specific interest in financial technology, banking and the financial industry’s latest innovations. His career has extended to numerous financial publications and has addressed all facets of industry development.
