As part of the Professional Services team, Andrew Jones delivers Puppet solutions directly to customers, working with and training them to optimize their use of Puppet. From global organizations managing thousands of servers to small businesses with a couple hundred servers, he helps develop pipelines to automate code development, enforce secure configurations across the infrastructure, and implement or improve DevOps practices in their organizations.
