The Platform Engineering Department at NTT Data’s Innovation General Headquarters needed to reduce the time and cost of manually creating infrastructure. Approval processes could take up to two months, and new builds were time-consuming and subject to human error. Using Puppet Enterprise, the team was able to shorten build times by over a month and completely eliminate application and approval processes.
