New CCO & VP Professional Services elevate customer insights

Congratulations to Beth

As we look to further accelerate our growth, centering our strategy around our customers is essential. That is why we’ve promoted Beth Shea to Chief Customer Officer. During her two years at Puppet, Beth re-built and restructured the Customer Success organization to deliver consistently high renewal rates, grew her team and their opportunities, was instrumental in evolving our services and educational model, and sponsored our CS big bet initiative. Beth is a leader who not only sees business opportunities, but knows how to empower her team to make strategic decisions and work efficiently to get herculean tasks done.

In her new role, Beth will work across the entire organization to embed customer-centric competencies to improve and innovate experiences. She knows how to solve the challenges of complex, interconnected, and continuously evolving businesses both from her understanding of Puppet’s current customer base but also through her two decades of experience working for large enterprises and startups alike. Prior to joining Puppet, she was the VP of Customer Success & Worldwide Strategic Initiatives at Veeam Software and spent several years at VMware where she built and led a cloud services organization. Beth brings a wealth of knowledge on how to leverage customer feedback to inform product strategy and drive alignment across teams.

Welcome, Trevor

As her scope of work grows, Beth has made strategic hires, most recently bringing on Trevor Rodriguez to lead Puppet’s professional services offering. Trevor brings his vast experience and global insight to drive customer success by helping Puppet’s international customer base scale their businesses.

When I asked Trevor why he joined Puppet, he noted, “I think we’re only just scratching the surface of what our customers can benefit from on Puppet’s platform. I look forward to uncovering more ways we can leverage Puppet’s technology and services to help customers reach their business outcomes as quickly as possible.”
