Regenerate bootloader configs automatically

You can regenerate bootloader configs automatically by editing a Hiera .yaml file.

Edit the .yaml file to specify the regenerate setting:

# control-repo/data/nodes/<node name>.yaml
---
cem_linux::regenerate_grub2_config: true
