A quarterly onsite business review examines your use of Puppet, your roadmap for the future, and identifies how you can gain efficiency with Puppet. Your TAM will engage with Puppet engineering, product management, and customer success teams on your behalf as your spokesperson.
Your TAM will coordinate semi-annual product roadmap briefings to keep you up to date. We’ll work with you to plan upgrades and updates so you can quickly take advantage of our latest capabilities. You’ll also have the opportunities to participate in our Test Pilot Program to try new features before they are generally available.
When working with your TAM, you’ll cultivate your team’s knowledge of Puppet best practices through access to product experts and training. You will receive additional free public training seats to help sharpen skills and stay current. Your technical account manager will work with you to recommend specific classes to identify opportunities for you and your team to grow your Puppet skills, based on the in-person and virtual training courses we have available.
Your TAM will provide guidance to prevent issues before they arise by working with you to deliver planning and technical counsel. They will also provide advocacy for priority support cases and review feature requests with our product management team. If needed, they’ll escalate cases on your behalf that impact your business.
