Travel and how to get there

Once you arrive in town, here are a few notes to help with travel and parking.

Public transport

The Compagnietheater is located in the heart of Amsterdam and is easily accessible by public transport. Trams 4, 9, 16 and 24 from Amsterdam Central Station will bring you at Compagnietheater within 10 minutes.

By foot

It is a short walk of less than 15 minutes from Amsterdam Central Station. Simply walk along the Damrak and after the Bijenkorf turn left into Damstraat. This turns into the Oude Doelenstraat and then into the Oude Hoogstraat. Turn right onto the Kloveniersburgwal.

By car

We advise you to park in one of the following parking garage:
