You are invited to participate in the Puppetize PDX 2019, hosted by Puppet. The purpose of the event is to provide a venue for collaboration among various Puppet users and developers.

Please read the Attendee Terms and Conditions before you register for Puppetize PDX 2019. By registering or attending you are consenting to the terms and conditions below.

PUPPETIZE PDX 2019 ATTENDEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

- Puppetize PDX 2019 tickets are transferable up to 9 September 2019.  Please email [email protected] to make the transfer.

- If you can't attend Puppetize PDX 2019, you can request a refund up to 30 days in advance of the first day of the event, 9 October 2019. Send the refund request to [email protected] no later than 9 September 2019. Any refund requests made after that date will not be approved.

- Attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend Puppetize PDX 2019.- Attendees are not permitted to bring guests to Puppetize PDX 2019 or to the after hours parties. If you have someone traveling with you, they will need to register themselves and purchase an attendee ticket.

- Photographs and/or video taken at Puppetize PDX 2019, or others on behalf of Puppet, may include your image. You agree that Puppet may use such photographs, audio, and/or video on social media or in other promotional materials to promote Puppet events or products without compensation to you.

- All information entered into the registration form must be correct and accurate to the best of the registrant's knowledge. Some of the information entered (such as name and company) will be displayed on the attendee badge.

- Puppetize PDX 2019 badges may contain NFC and other RFID technologies that will help us serve attendees and track participation in various sessions and activities.

- All registered attendees agree to allow Puppet to contact them regarding their registration and attendance at the event.

- You agree to follow the rules outlined in Puppet Code of Conduct (https://puppet.com/community/community-guidelines) at all event venues and related social events. You agree that all information you provide to Puppet will be governed by Puppet’s Privacy Policy (https://puppet.com/legal/privacy).

- Registration for Puppetize PDX 2019 includes two days of sessions. We also provide complimentary continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks. In addition, attendees receive a conference badge and additional gifts may be offered while supplies last.

- Please submit special dietary restriction information when registering for Puppetize PDX 2019. We will do our best to accommodate requests but can’t guarantee all requests will be met.

- Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee.

- Transportation will not be provided to Puppetize PDX 2019.

- Solicitation or selling of items or services is not allowed at Puppetize PDX 2019 without the prior written approval of Puppet. Any attendee conducting these activities may be removed from Puppetize PDX 2019 at Puppet's sole discretion.

- Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Puppetize PDX 2019. Please refrain from smoking within 20 feet (6 meters) of the lobby doors.

- Puppet reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove any person from, Puppetize PDX 2019 (including from any Puppetize PDX 2019 events) at any time in its sole discretion, including but not limited to attendees behaving in a disorderly manner or failing to comply with these terms and conditions.- All presentations at Puppetize PDX 2019 will be in English.

PUPPET TRAINING ATTENDEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

- Training classes are non-refundable. If you can’t attend training at Puppetize PDX 2019, you may reschedule or request a credit for a future class of equal value delivered by Puppet.  Send the reschedule request to [email protected] no later than 20 September 2019.  Any rescheduling request made after that date will not be approved.  However, you may designate someone else to attend the class in your place until 3 October 2019 provided that Puppet is notified in writing of the substitution prior to the class at [email protected].

-Training classes are subject to minimum attendance requirements. Puppet reserves the right to cancel a training class until 9 September 2019. In the event of a class cancellation by Puppet, you may reschedule for another class of equal value delivered by Puppet or select a full refund of any fees paid for the class. Puppet is not, in any way, responsible for any other costs incurred by Customer in relation to the class (e.g., travel expenses, lost business time).

- You agree to follow the rules outlined in Puppet Code of Conduct (https://puppet.com/community/community-guidelines) at all event venues and related social events.

- Registration for Getting Started with Puppet or Puppet Practitioner includes 3 days of training.  We will also provide lunch during those days.

- Please submit special dietary restriction information when registering for Puppet training. We will do our best to accommodate requests but can’t guarantee all requests will be met.

- Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee.

- Transportation will not be provided to the training classes.

- Solicitation or selling of items or services is not allowed at Puppet training without the prior written approval of Puppet. Any attendee conducting these activities may be removed from Puppet training in Puppet's sole discretion.
