As senior vice president of customer success, Beth brings more than 20 years of progressive experience building and leading customer-facing teams for both software startups as well as large enterprise software companies. At Veeam Beth was responsible for a global strategy and GTM operations team and she also built and led Veeam’s first customer success organization focused on the company’s largest enterprise customers. Prior to joining Veeam, Beth ran a global customer success team for VMware’s Horizon Air service after VMware acquired Desktone where Beth was vice president of services, support & operations. Prior to that Beth held many different customer-facing leadership positions at companies such as Imprivata, The FeedRoom, Centra Software and Arthur Andersen. Beth holds a dual degree in economics and MIS from the University of Notre Dame.
