Package updates fail on promoted replicas
On promoted HA replicas, the managed package repository configuration contains out-of-date references to the old primary master. This causes package updates, like
yum update, to fail because the repository is pointing ot the old master.
Master and replica aren't pinned to appropriate node groups after promotion
When a replica is promoted, the retired master remains pinned to the
PE Database node group, and the newly promoted master is not pinned to the group. Consequently, the database is not automatically managed after you promote a replica. As a workaround, you can manually add the promoted replica to the
PE Database node group, and remove the retired master.
