Hi, I’m Dave Wilt, Head of Product, Technical and Customer Marketing at Puppet.

I’m looking for a Product Marketing Manager or Senior Manager to join a high-performing, fast-moving and fun-loving team that is defining Hybrid DevSecOps automation.

You will…

  • Create clear, compelling messaging and creative ways to deliver it as content 
  • Collaborate with fellow Product Marketers on content projects and marketing programs 
  • Work with Demand Generation and Field Marketing on impactful ideas, messaging and content for campaigns and events
  • Own marketing for Puppet’s services portfolio and targeted services initiatives

You are…

  • A natural communicator with amazing writing and verbal communication skills
  • A storyteller that can distill abstract concepts and concrete examples into compelling narratives and messaging without over-simplifying
  • A creative marketer with experience in helping Demand Generation and other marketing teams develop engaging content 
  • A skilled quarterback that can quickly and efficiently recruit and align resources from across teams, track progress results
  • A collaborator who can actively listen, creatively solve problems, and provide clear direction
  • A seeker of facts and social proof needed to sway prospects, marketers and sellers
  • Not afraid of technical subjects and able to recognize what level of depth is needed for success on any given project
  • Constantly improving, experimenting -- trying to be a better marketer while helping Puppet become a better company

You have...

  • 3-5+ years experience in product, services and/or content marketing 
  • Proven depth and success in two or more of the following: content marketing, campaign development, messaging frameworks, marketing program management, upsell/cross-sell/customer marketing, demand generation
  • Ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience driving same-store sales for building or managing applications, cloud infrastructure, cloud security/compliance, automation and/or DevOps
