  • 10 + years consulting and/or consulting management experience in the technology/application domain Skills (IT, Admin., managerial, executive) with experience producing rapid implementations
  • Excellent strategy development and problem-solving skills as well as business development focus and experience (e.g., relative to new products, services and go-to-market approaches), while possessing a broad level of technology understanding and substantial operational and financial acumen
  • Experience in building out a Consulting Center of Excellence with remote service implementation capabilities, including experience with alternative staffing models that drive high quality and efficiency.
  • Track record in growing high-volume services revenues (i.e., $15+ million), while continuing to improve operational excellence (utilization rates, meeting margin targets, focus on quality, customer satisfaction, etc.)
  • Past success at personally selling and managing large-scale, services projects to the C-Suite level of executives
  • Experience working in matrix and complex organizations and an in depth understanding of how the dynamics of growth affect corporate culture
  • Ability to line up Services to Sales for joint-, cross- and up-selling and work closely to develop relationships both internally and externally
  • When travel is once again permitted, expectation would be roughly <25% travel.

We are hiring at various experience levels and we’re particularly interested in having a diverse team with a broad set of skills and viewpoints. If this seems like your dream job, but you’re not sure if you qualify, apply anyway!
