Hi, I’m Rachel Lew, Country Sales Manager, at Puppet,

 

I’m looking for an Account Director to join our team to play a fundamental role in achieving Puppet’s customer expansion targets and revenue growth objectives. Account Director is the most significant revenue-generating function at Puppet; field sales professionals are responsible for owning our relationships with our customer and prospect accounts. The main KPIs for the role is focused on the retention of existing customer revenue and generation of new sales pipeline in their assigned territory, region or vertical. Customer management will be supported through both internal and external activities and sales will be expected to manage and cultivate multiple relationships within each of our customer accounts.

 

Major Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Specialize territory planning on a specific region or vertical industry.
  • Own and operate Account Development Plans and champion customer priorities internally to supporting functions.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of major account selling and account mapping.
  • Manage and direct internal and external executive stakeholders in engaging with a book of accounts, made up of Tier 1 Accounts and possibly Key Accounts.
  • Be an active evangelist for the company within our focus markets.
  • Maintain current, accurate, and active SFDC hygiene and pipeline forecasting.

 

Required Knowledge & Skills: 

  • Ability to create strategic plans while executing tactically to deliver results consistently.
  • Strategic thinking skills - ability to see Big Picture.
  • Develop and execute on vision and strategy assignments.
  • Participate in a cross-functional assignment.
