Puppet 0.25.5 now available

Puppet 0.25.5 is now available and ready for download. The 0.25.5 release is a maintenance release in the 0.25.x branch. It contains a number of bug fixes but also
performance enhancements including speed-ups to Puppet's graphing.

The release is available at:

Please note that all releases of Puppet are signed with the Reductive Labs key (we'll issue a new, improved Puppet Labs key after the Rowlf release).
