The last Friday in July is System Administrator Appreciation Day, and we celebrated the day (or week, in our case) with gifts, lunches, and applause for our sysadmins. The Ops team at Puppet Labs has the difficult task of being sysadmins for sysadmins—as well as keeping the website up, the data center in order, maintaining our email and calendar set-up, and so much more.
